Our most eagerly awaited litter for this summer arrived safely last week. Mineola Di whelped 2 dogs and 6 bitches to Hondo Black. I would have liked a few more dogs in the litter but all are very healthy and doing well at the minute. Its funny but I have had a lot of enquiries for bitches, it goes to show the strength of the damline. In fact two bitches are due to travel to America at 14 weeks to our friends at http://www.blocksporthounds.com/
Di took to motherhood like an old professional and is very protective of her brood of pups. They where way above average size when born, one bitch tipped the scales at 575g! I hope they continue in this vain as I had hoped that Hondo Black would add some size to the mix as well as his renowned chase and durability.
